Minutes of reunion committee.


   1.     Welcome:

Bob McLean welcomed everyone

Minutes of the meeting held on 18 August were confirmed.

        Financial Report

Kevin Dell confirmed that $1492.75 was in the bank account for registrations. There has been expenditure of $7.25 on bank fees.

Registrations

Kevin advised that 18 pupils and 13 partners have paid and invoices have been sent to 21 pupils and 14 partners who have signified attendance. On this basis there are 39 pupil and 26 partner committed attendees. In addition 14 uncertain starters may still be possibilities.

Venue

Bob McLean confirmed that the whole of Borland Lodge has been booked on the basis of exclusive use for the reunion period.

 Allan Campbell to advise everyone of this.

 Sponsorship

It was agreed that the reunion being of the nature of a private function it was unlikely that any further direct sponsorship would be available.

 Bus transport

Peter Mac confirmed that the buses were booked and the arrangements are such that the bus company will meet our requirements.

 T Shirts

Production of these had been discussed with Ewen Chamberlain. To be followed up.

 Pictorial record of the reunion

Peter MacNamara agreed that he would take responsibility for taking the photos.

 Eulogy

Pat Killeen confirms he will do this but wants to spread it over two days.
