I am sure we all look forward to meeting one another next weekend. The
weekend will be relatively informal but the following schedule contains
a few reminders so please read it.

Snacks will be provided. Please pay the cost of $8.00 per head to
Allan and Jim who will welcome you at the door.
Drinks at your own cost.

Coach departs for Waiau Hotel. Complimentary refreshments on
board.

Arrive Waiau Hotel
Dinner (5.30pm) $20.00 per head payable to the hotel.
Drinks at your own cost.

Coach departs for Borland Lodge.
|

Arrive Borland Lodge.

Managers will explain the facilities available and allocate
accommodation.
Accommodation is at own cost payable direct to Lodge Manager prior
to departure. The lodge has credit card facilities but not
Eftpos.
Room Rates are:
Single Quarters $28.00 per head per night.
Double Units $73.00 per unit per night.
Bedding is provided but there is an extra charge of $12.00 per
head for the following linen:
· Facecloth
· Duvet cover
· Pillow case
· Sheet
We have presumed everyone will want, and have therefore ordered,
linen for everyone.
You will need to bring your own towel.
The rest of the evening is free to mix.
Drinks will be available throughout the weekend at your own cost.

Coach leaves for day trip which will include a garden tour, lunch,
time for shopping in Te Anau, and a trip to the Glow Worm caves
(2.00pm), all at your own cost.
The cost of the Glow Worm caves trip is approximately $60.00 per
head.
Return to Te Anau from the caves is return around 4.15pm. The
coach will then return to Borland.

Relaxing day, chatting and participating in various indoor or
outdoor activities as weather allows.

Excursion to the Manapouri Underground Power Station.
The excursion is at your
own cost.
Underground Power Station tour $45.00 per head – a 20% discount
off the full price and a further $5.00 discount being a waiver of
the normal Meridian levy.
Picnic lunches will be available at $13.00 per head (a 10%
discount).
